Working on this quest:

This is part 7 of the Aid Grimel line of Quests. Everything has worked so far except the final combine. When I put 3 Bristlebane Party Platters and the earring in the Field Satchel and hit combine, it say I do not have enough skill. My baking is at 300 and 315 with a Geerlok.

Sorry for the delay! This should be fixed now.

It seems that quest combines are set to a specific skill in the recipes that isn't related to the skill it should be using, which seems odd, but it isn't a problem until one of the combines has a minimum skill requirement.

Thank you Control. Combine worked just fine. Now to find a couple Hope Stones. Been hunting them for over a week and still no drops.

Hey Control,

Personal request. Will you please tell me what drops a Hope Stone in the EPs? I have been hunting two for several weeks with no luck. Would just like to know if I am hunting the right things. Online sources say they are a rare drop off anything in the EPs and I am starting to wonder if that is true on VoG also.

oh, that thing is all sorts of rare! drops from like 30-40 things, but super-rare. I guess it was meant for raiding guilds to get "maybe" 1 from a full clear of all 4 planes? I added it as a rare from the EP gods, so that should make it somewhat more managable
