Cleric Epic Natasha Whitewater Spawn underworld and other boat issue..

I'm currently working on doing cleric epic well all epics for all chars.. I've done first part of cleric epic got Natasha to spawn normally in TD after turn in to get the Orb of clear water.. and the message to Natasha. However she didn't spawn into the Inn like she normally does.. First time she spawned correctly.. This time she spawned where I couldn't reach or hail her with no way to respawn her... so the part to get item to give to Zordak Ragefire is unable to complete without her item she hands me after giving the message..

Natasha Whitewater spawns nearby in Timorous Deep after getting the Orb of Clear Water. Give her the Message to Natasha. Receive Shimmering Pearl

Side note I was trying to use the boat in OT to get to TD with my Warrior to check see if maybe she respawned while i had cleric waiting for lavawalker respawn.. in doing so the boat jerked and I got message of Large warp detected and It didn't zone me it just goes back to OT dock and not to TD? Can you make a translator on the dock of OT to get to TD? I did take a screen shot of it with her on the boat as well..

Ok I ran my 2nd cleric through the first few stages to get her to spawn again for main cleric.. However in doing so I have redo my first clerics starting steps again to finish it If i decide to do my 2nd clerics epic.. Ugh...
