Visions of Grandeur

Was looking through Allakhazam for odd quests / items that are available with new expansions and with PoP since I haven't or wasn't able to experience the content "back in the day." I came across an usual item that appears verified, but does not list a quest, mob, event or any drop rate at all for it to spawn. The item in question is the Earthen Band. It summons a mid-level Earth elemental for all class types with unlimited uses. I was hoping if Control could see if this is available on the server and in what form (if at all). I also found a few similar items as well.

Instaclickly pet items with unlimited charges? They were probably gm items of some sort, but an item like that would never really have meant to be live.
