For clarity, and for someone who didnt play content much later than PoP, is the Ykesha expansion fully unlocked? And what are the full names of the zones for Paw and sol c. And who/what is Peras?

Ykesha is fully unlocked, Doesnt have much high end content and Peras is the Server Merchant next to the Soulbinder
Sol C is Caverns of Exile
