Zoning into a zone that did not start up correctly.

Your health is correct but everyone else including NPCs health bars do not move. Your group member's mana or endurance bars do not even display.
This popped out of the blue for me. the past 5 days it has happened in at least 4 zones. The zone needs to remain inactive for a period of time until it basically shuts down and when someone zones in again it will restart.

I just wanted to point this out, in case you all made a change to the server recently.

I can confirm this has happened to me as well, randomly over the past week or so.

- tried to relog all toons,
- relogged them in zone over night
- came back in zone later

All and still the same bug =(

This happened to me today for the first time. The one thing I noticed that was different is I had camped out in a zone overnight. So when I came MOB health bars were not moving. Gated to POK and went back to the zone an hour later and it was fixed again. Wondering if the bug is if a zone has to start-up because a player is entering from the character screen. This is the first time it happened to me and I don’t normally camp out anywhere except POK.

Oops, didn't realize it has been so long since I checked in! I killed a couple of stuck processes on the server, which should help if it's a server resources problem (usually the case with stuck hp bars), and I'll give it a restart in the morning at off hours.

The HS problem may be different though. A few people always have de-sync issues there that I've never been able to replicate. Occasionally similar things pop up in other zones, but HS seems especially problematic.
