Enchanter Epic 1.0 is bugged

Hello. I tried to get my enchanter epic started with my lvl 60 enchanter and Reania Jukle in Qeynos Catacombs will not give me the Empty Ink Vial to start the quest regardless of what i say to her. I believe it is bugged

So, I've gone through and took a look at the quest. I found the problem and fixed it. I also tested it on a high level enchanter and she gave me the ink bottle. Give it a try and hopefully it will work for you now.
