I have over 6 accounts, one for each character (with only a few as an exception) and one of them keeps getting automatically disconnected after attempting to log in at the character screen and I am not sure why. All of my other accounts log in just fine and have even created new ones so it seems just this account was possibly banned. I have never logged in more than 6 toons and when I even played this particular enchanter I only had a max of 5 characters on the server at the time of play (only leveled for SK epic). The account in question has two characters at this point, an enchanter who is level 32 located in PoK named Vomuwwexeq (randomized name) and a test character (Testdsfdsf) that I recently made to see if it was just the enchanter being disconnected.

If this character/account was banned, please let me know the reason why. If not, please let me know what I can do to get this character back up and running because he has some juicy loot that I want to transfer over to another.

Neither should be banned. You're saying that neither character can log in? Have you tried using the go-home button? and does it happen if it's the only account that you're lgged into at th etime?

Never have seen or known about a "go-home" button. Is it on the character log in screen?

And yes, neither character, the newly created test and enchanter, can log in. I can get to the character log in screen where it shows them, but when I click log in it disconnects me.

I will test the account by itself now.

Damn, this disconnect bug has transferred to another account now. My lv60 mage Burdoc cant log in, return home isnt working either

To edit, I thought this posted, but before Burdoc, the return home did work for enchanter and he was able to log in an play.

Restarted my computer and he can log in again, seems to be an issue on my end. Not sure what though.

Just so you know, if you log in 6 accounts and then log them out... you wont be able to log in a 7th account for like 20min or so, even if you log out the original 6. When you log in the 7th account, it just disconnects you.

Nothing is wrong Burdoc, what RorzeGaming said is correct, There is an IP Limit of 6 accounts connected. When you log on out it takes a little while for the server to realize you arent connected anymore....Then you need to wait 10-15 mins before you can log on a different account. Its just the way Control has some setting setup so, people cant run 12+ chars at a time and roll through everything

Oh, that may have been the issue. Everything has been working fine. Havent logged in on the enchanter for quite some time so havent seen a repeat of that issue. Most likely a mix between the mystery issue on my end and that. Thanks!

But I have the Problem sometimes too if Clients Crash. So if you Crash with one account it might happen that another account cannot log in correctly.
Normally I reboot or wait a while then it is working again.

There are only a certain amount of connections allowed at one time, and when you disconnect, or quickly log one and bring in another, it takes a few minutes for the system to realize that you have actually logged out. It's IP based, so if you reach the connection cap, you'll have to wait a few minutes for the system to register the change.

Also, it's worth noting that the server and/or client is sort of a dick sometimes :P Fairly frequently, it doesn't let me log on at all until I've tried a few times, even if it's the first load of any account that day.
