Spell Particle Effects

Has any had issues getting spell particle effects to show up in game? I have tried a few things from the forums but I am not able to see spell particle effects. Any suggestions?
I have tried deleting the spell IDs over 44K per the EMU forums but it doesn't help.

Have you grabbed the spell file from the info thread? It should have them pre-deleted (over 40k afaik) plus some other spell fixes.

I did grab that file. I also had to use the lager client file. I didn't realize I needed to use both. I thought if I used the client I was good. I will try that tonight.
