SK Epic - cannot proceed past Teydar.

I have said in my lag post much the same. All NPC once you enter their area in the catacombs are un responsive. If I quit at the exit gate can log in and then operate gate and move into the catacombs part, game operates as normal. It is exactly the same for RoF2, titanium, new models on or off, MQ2 loaded or unloaded.

Sorry I haven't been able to do more to fix the lag issues. I can't seem to replicate it on my end. For anyone who's being held up on their epic, send me a PM with your character name, the npcs and item names that are blocking you, and when you usually play, and I'll try to get your quest sorted out for you even if I can't fix the zone.
I'll also give the server a restart just in case that helps.
