ROG Epic SNAUFU

I made it part way into the ROG Epic quest. I made it to the point where you give "Anson McBale" in Highpass Hold the "Stanos' Pouch" and he ate it. Quest line stopped and cant proceed now unless I start over. Any way to get the Stanos' Pouch from a GM?

If anyone else has this problem with the rogue epic, you don't actually need the pouch to spawn stanos - if you say to Anson McBale "I need to see Stanos" this will also pop him. Hand in the parchments and he will return you the combined one.
