Is there ant way you can add the following item to Dulan's inventory:

ID #: 16883
Name: Gem Cutter

It's needed for a quest in TOV but can only be made with tinkering skill and the item needed to make the cutter drops from upper planes.

Ahh nice - my alla says I have to have premium to see the items - I read the comments - one of them said the dust came from POFire.
