Visions of Grandeur

I just joined the server last night and I love it so far. I am maining a warrior(Finn) and was wondering if there are any advice on a general leveling path?

get a temp and a 25-pt ish ds from mage/druid etc - it will stack with your charm ds making you very formidable until the 30-40's and higher. this may be too aggressive for a first toon or solo toon - but it can work for them too. maybe you can't pull an entire camp, but you can pull an entire tent or two of bandits while naked, for example. make good use of levels (full hp and mana refill). don't sit down to rest if your going to ding before you will die on the next pull.

Early levels - make proper use of your DS / charm DS. round up as many as you can handle without dying. the more npc's hitting you, the better. also, they don't run off when low hp - at least not until there is only 1.

1-20 - Paludal caverns - run through nexu -> shadowhaven -> paludal
... kill the shroom and yellow eyes and youshould be able to pull the entire camp at once at that new level. if not, pull 1 or 2 tents at a time. run to 2nd bandit camp, slaughter it. probably 16-17ish. you could go to dawnshroud at this point, i bet. or, you can kill your way back to first camp by running along the ramp back around. pull 5-7 plus. don't worry about the creeping crud debuff, you'll be in pok in a matter of moments.

if the first camp has spawned again and sub-20, go ahead and level up before gating. i wouldn't wait for anything 1-20ish.

20 to upto 40-45ish - i do dawnshroud. same idea as before -- pull as many as you can handle at once... once they are not yellow anymore, go to center of zone (crater) or slaughter the wolves - wolves are basically an outer lap of the crater area - you'll see the spawns if you have mq2map loaded.

once i get to the 30's i like Seefuries for the gold and WR boxes at a low level. great exp even when they turn dark blue because they will likely die extremely fast at that point. if you are waiting for seafuries to repop, it's not a good spot for your rate of killing. the rockhoppers and trabal npc in the NE cave in DSP are also an option - no drops, no plat. (well an 8 18 1hb "no drop" off the tribal dudes is the highlight).

even sooner than seafuries, you will kill faster than they respawn with rockhoppers and tribal gatherers. at that point, don't stick around.

40-45+

go to dungeons. start getting gear before it becomes an issue - bank stuff for known future alts. dark blue npc isn't a bad idea now - depends more on solo-ability of class. Veksar can give a tank a nearly full set of gear - as with many other classes. extra toons are key for veksar or any place where all the drops are Lore. Droga is another good one for higher stat gear relative to the level and ease of npc you kill.
