Blade of War procs

Hi all,

First, loving the server.

Second, I picked up a Blade of War last week but have yet to see it proc a single time. Has anyone had similar issues? I’m unsure if 1) its not procing (bug?), 2) my SK proc buffs are taking priority (but this wasnt an issue with my Bloodied Beserkers Blade), or 3) e3 is suppressing the text for the Blade of War (but didn’t for the Bloodied Beserkers Blade).

Any input is welcome!
