Server is not responding

Hi folks,

Not been on for a while and decided to log on, but keep getting "server is not responding" for all characters. Using Windows 10, is there likely a firewall issue since I played 6 months ago?

Are you able to log into other servers? Have zone alarm or anything like that installed?

Hi Control,

Basically I cannot log on to any server, goes as far as saying loading what ever zone PoT for example, freezes then say "server is no responding". Screen then freezes and after 3- 4 mintues returns to the log on screen. All drivers are up to date etc. Going to do a clean download from the forum and try with basic ini files etc.

Ya, a fresh download is probably a good idea just to be safe, but it sounds like the connection is getting blocked. Have you tried turning off or adding an exception to any antivirus/firewall programs?

Turned out it was getting blocked, seems the wifi extender was causing an issue, changed back to the main hub and it sorted itself out. Thanks for the input and now just time to get back in the swing of things.
