I'm a little hesitant to do that until there's a really clear need. Killing off lore/nodrop is a pretty extreme change, and the increased spawn/drop rates have made gearing up so much faster than default already.

Removing LORE off the weight reducing bags Is quite nice Here; way back when--- my Human Monk was level 19 and lost 3 Shralok packs and a couple Shiny Brass Idols when Verant's stupid Lore code went live. Yes, they warned us ahead of time, but I really didn't expect this with the lowest-level weight reducing bags, and oh well, they made the idols Lore also, and so I was out the bags and a lot of Plat, and didn't ever really recover from this "nerf." They explained it so vaguely that I didn't realize until the servers were down that I was going to actually lose all my items and that GMs were absolutely NOT going to compensate players or replace their lost items.

There are some items that could still use some tweaking, but overall, yeah- very happy with the Lore and NO Drop tags on most of the vanilla stuff.
Polished MIthril Mask NO DROP and LORE is a bit much, and I have searched low and high for Improved Damage II focus items; consider removing NO DROP tag?

Polished Mithril Torque also being NO DROP doesn't make much sense, these just rot so often, but if neither change makes the cut, that's fine; fully understand why.

Last one, I won't make many suggestions like this, but I've made 2 for Sol_B already, so, regular (not Fabled) Razing Sword of Skarlon? 25/40 not an overpowering twink weapon...

EDIT: Ok, if I had a wish list, I'd make Golden Efreeti armor droppable; it's so rare, and no one goes to PoSky except for epix. That's all

Thanks for reading, feel free to ignore these suggestions, Control; they are trivial and minor and I don't want to upset anyone or make "busy work" since there are greater issues at hand.

No need to apologize for bringing up minor issues, sometimes they're quick and easy fixes or bring some useful quality of life improvements. My only reservation about tweaking individual lore/nodrop things is that it's pretty reasonable to make an argument that pretty much any random item isn't good or special enough to bother being nodrop/lore. But following that line of thinking means that we might as well unflag everything that isn't special enough, which ends up being a LOT of stuff hehe. Also consider that with reduced placeholders, there's WAY more loot per kill on average, so no one should be too sad at things rotting. And if something is good enough for its rotting to cause sadness, it would probably be good enough to keep its nodrop flag anyway hehe.

I agree. Unless it causes issues with some aspect of the game I'm not thinking about, otherwise I don't see the harm in it. It's always fun to be able to twink out characters as well. Seems mostly like a QoL improvement.
