is it possible to put essence Emerald on the "Quest supply" Guy ?

am curently working on vexthal key and its my only piece missing. the essence emerald seem to only be possible obtainable though the nec spell: sacrefice

since i wasn't able to find any on mechant. I started to make a new crew on some new acount. but i started to have some problem with my mains acounts wich wasn't able to connect anymore. probably cause of the acount limitation

Looks like someone helped you out before I got to it, but I've added essence emeralds to Dulan in PoK.
