Here is what I can suggest since these problems have been around forever... In Plane of Air, try to fight the mobs at their spawn point. I know it is easier said than done but it was pretty much the only work around. Other than that, try have some pets up to help kill mobs that fall under the floor....

I haven't put the numbers together and can't tell you what the soft caps are but my warrior is at 12.1k HP and 2400AC. Hopefully that give you some context. I'm not sure I could move either number a whole lot by swapping gear. The change to AC and HP either way would be pretty minor.

Being able to see buffs on the mob comes from a Leadership AA which was probably auto-granted on your previous server. You will need to grind the four Leadership AA's to buy it here unless something has changed recently.

Someone else will need to comment on the spell file and unknown buff.

The issue is that it shouldn't take twelve to reliably kill, more or less, when all content prior to it including the other three elemental encounters can be done with five.

Don't try to brute Force the encounter. Treat it more or less how it was originally done with some CC. We did it with six characters when we flagged for it but I wouldn't wish trying to do that on anyone. We had to retool our group by changing our DPS classes and add a sixth. I was bored this afternoon so I did the "Assisting Hoshkar" quest. It worked fine with max Ally faction.

I have completed this quest in the past. The only thing I can think of is that you might not have high enough faction. I completed it with max ally faction. It is entirely possible the quest is bugged now in some way but it was doable in the past.

I agree about ST and ToV but both Inny and CT are the revamped level 70 variety. They both have 100k hp or there about, maybe more, and will hit for 300's or so. I can't remember if CT can be slowed but he is actually quite a pain with his knockback.
