Turned out it was getting blocked, seems the wifi extender was causing an issue, changed back to the main hub and it sorted itself out. Thanks for the input and now just time to get back in the swing of things.

I have killed him on many occasions without problem, I just go through the locked door in Skele form, just kill all the adds on the way up, then engage him.

You could try getting the key and do it properly once.

If you zone into Befallen by the translocator, then zone out to Commonlands, it will relocate you to the Tunnel in EC at the camp. Run to ZL to FP and zone in, old freeport on the RoF client. well works for me at least.

I would imagine it is the later version, did it not change with the revamp of the other zones? Trying to think back as never bothered with sleepers after Luclin released, loot was never more than mediocre after that.

I have been touring sleepers tomb, but the four times I have cleared the balcony there is no Overseer spawn. Everything else in the zone seems normal.

I have said in my lag post much the same. All NPC once you enter their area in the catacombs are un responsive. Changed the UI to default just to see, same result, other character there Stinger and also lagged out too. Strangely I can interact with the banker but no other NPC. The only way to leave is to die as cannot gate or use door.
